About English Trove

Hi, I'm Tahsin

I'm an English teacher, and I built English Trove because I kept running into the same problem: I'd spend hours looking for a good worksheet or activity, only to end up making my own from scratch. I figured other teachers were dealing with the same thing — so I started putting my materials online.

English Trove is a collection of teaching materials I've created and used in my own lessons. Grammar exercises, speaking activities, vocabulary worksheets, lesson plans — the kind of stuff that actually works in the classroom, not just looks good on paper.

Everything on the site is something I've either used in a lesson myself or designed to solve a real teaching need. I focus on materials that are:
